2 bed room and personal bath

Hello, we are looking for a possible roommate who is interested in renting 2 small rooms and a personal bathroom for $1200 a month utilities included. It would be a short term lease. We are located in Rio Linda.
The reason for renting out the second room is so a tenant has more space for their items and storage for extra space. We are pet friendly. We have 1 male neutered dog and 1 male unneutered cat. Interior and exterior were recently painted, as well as roof redone, and new carpets placed. There is a 3 car garage, unfortunately it's currently filled with past tenants items and will be cleared out in the future. Although it is a gated home with a long driveway to park your car.
A little bit about us. We are a small family of 3, I’m Steven (30), my wife Deseree (29), and our son Dean (3). I’m a painter, but just got hired on as a union plumber. My wife is a stay at home mom.
