I’m renting out a private bedroom in my owner-occupied condo. I’ve lived here for 17 years and take great pride in keeping it clean, quiet, and well maintained.

Upstairs bedroom with vaulted ceilings (approximately 12’ x 10’)

Gated community with a pool
Excellent location near Sunrise Blvd. and Coloma Road (Trinity River area), just north of Highway 50
The condo is situated in a very private location within the complex, with mature trees and minimal foot traffic

To help maximize kitchen space, I’d recommend bringing a small mini fridge for your room.

House Rules

Month-to-month rental agreement
No children
No pets
Must not be allergic to cats (I have two)
All applicants will be carefully screened

I’m open to renting to a couple, though rent would increase by $200 per month.

Rent

$1,200/month for one person
$1,400/month for a couple

Move-In Costs

Single occupant: First month’s rent ($1,200) + $500 security deposit = $1,700
Couple: First month’s rent ($1,400) + $500 security deposit = $1,900

Either party may terminate the month-to-month agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
