ISO a third roomie! I own a house on the border of Rancho and Sac and am looking for another roommate, hopefully a part of the queer/leftist community! PM me if interested.

Some details!

💛 4 bed/2 bath - one bedroom available (can be furnished or not), the bathroom for this is shared with the other roommate and guests

💛 rent is $800/month ($900 for furnished) and $200 in utilities monthly

💛 house is furnished, decorated, and has all the pots, kitchen tools, baking gear, and sprinkles you could ever want! I was a food blogger so lots of fun items like a kitchenaid, ninja creami, etc.

💛 big backyard with furniture, but definitely has a need for plants and a garden if someone is interested in gardening! Would be a fun roomie project.

💛 I have a friendly orange cat. He is great with people, but not other pets. So currently looking for those without pets at this time.

💛 I’m disabled and immunocompromised, so only folks who have been or are willing to be vaccinated and up to date on flu shots, etc. Willing to mask if sick, etc.

💛 looking for folks who want to build community if possible (I’m an ambivert) I’ve created and take part in many groups around sac, including queer craft club, sac romance book club, fattie baddies and babes, and more.

💛 no smoking in the house, but edibles, etc are def allowed.
