Room Rancho Cordova Townhouse $900 including util.

I have 1 large room, I'd like to rent in a 2 story townhouse. The room is upstairs and is currently furnished. Each also has there own locks. Each can be made unfurnished, if desired. Anyway, the upstairs has a full bath and the downstairs has a powder room. Of course, there is a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. As long as one cleans up the kitchen area, after eating so the next person has the same cleanliness and access to the space, we'll be happy.

Smoking/vaping is never to be done inside the house. There is a patio with umbrellas and shade trees and a large common area for that. There is also, the whole front area of the unit or somewhere else.

The townhouse is about 3 blocks from an American river access point, about 2 blocks from the Mather LR Station and 4 blocks from a U. S 50 access point too. On a typical day it's 15 minutes to down town.

Using Light Rail, from the Mather LR station to Sacramento State college is 15 minutes to the 65th street station.

The house is very flexible in its day-to-day operations. At least, that's what I'd like to think.
