One bedroom with a private bathroom. One parking space in the garage. Bedroom is on the bottom level where you have your own living area and sliding glass door to access to the backyard. Very private shareable kitchen upstairs. Just me and my boyfriend. I’m not there most of the time as I’m at my parents house and my boyfriend works a lot so a very nice place to rent with lots of privacy. No one in your business. We just ask to be respectful and consider this your home that you were renting so it’s not a party house.. We do have a cat so we try to respect not having other animals small things such as birds fish are never a problem.
