We’re a stable couple, together over 20 years - quiet, no-drama, considerate and tidy. We’ve been in the neighborhood for almost 30 years and are very experienced with long-term shared living. We currently rent a room to one very respectful quiet man in his 60’s who keeps to himself.

We have one comfortable and clean room available OCTOBER FIRST at an amazing value. We look forward to welcoming you!

Terms: One person only. No guests allowed to ensure privacy and comfort for all. Mutual quiet hours are 10pm-10am every day. No additional pets. Proof of long-term income required. Renters insurance is required. One-time deposit of only $475. Electric is split 4 ways.

Your private bedroom is unfurnished with a shared bathroom (bathroom is shared with only 1 person).

Shared common areas are kitchen, dining area and living room.
