My roommate and I are looking for a PROFESSIONAL WORKING roommate (preferably long-term)- someone who is respectful, clean, who picks up after themselves, pays rent on time and respects the other people's space.

In return you will receive a clean, quiet, safe, affordable living environment. Where everybody minds their own business-and you can live in peace.

🔹ALL Utilities Included

$840 Monthly

(First Month + $500 deposit w/ Signed Rental Agreement -before move-in)

*NO-drama, smoking, alcohol, drugs, no overnight guests. Covid vaccinated. NO perfumes or strong scents of any kind.

Your FURNISHED room has:
🔹NEW percale sheets, 2 Memory foam pillows and comforter.
🔹2 fans and one small heater
🔹Queen memory foam bed
🔹a work desk with chair
🔹2 lamps; 2 Faux carpets on hardwood floor.
🔹2 towels, clothes hamper
🔹dresser, bookshelves, and a midsize closet with storage shelves.

Your room is adjacent to the bathroom.

We share the bathroom with another respectful, quiet male roommate, (who works a night shift)- I am a quiet, retired female, that respects privacy. We all mind our own business.

There is a very friendly, clean Carolina Golden dog.

A safe neighborhood with your parking spot in front of the SMALL, quaint older, house. (Pershing/Hazel area)

*ALL Utilities included (cable, water, garbage, sewer, electric, gas)
*Super Wi-Fi- streaming (TV not included)
*Lite Kitchen use, microwave, pantry space.
*Personal fridge w/freezer.

*Outdoor patio with Wi-Fi.
*Washer/Dryer
*Street parking in front of house.
*You supply personal items, i. e. shampoo, soaps, laundry soap, etc.

*In-Shape Fitness-3 minutes away. YMCA 8 min.
*Major stores and food shops within blocks.
* Folsom Lake, Sacramento River rafting, CSUS Aquatic Center- water activity rentals, bike trails, and hiking, 3 State Parks.
Green space Park- pickleball court, one block over.
