Private bedroom with your own private bathroom for rent for one person. Bedroom is 12 ft. by 11ft. The bathroom is across the hall.

The monthly cost is $800 and SMUD, which is typically low, if you are like me, an energy miser. The home is insulated. All other utilities are included in rent. $600 security deposit due before move in date.

The home is near the American River in a peaceful quiet neighborhood — virtually no crime or traffic. Renter will get half the space in the refrigerator and freezer, and access to the microwave, and you will be given use of one kitchen cabinet. You will also have access to the washer.

Home is clean and clutter free.
Parking in driveway only if you have a small or medium size car.
I am looking for a clean tidy person.
No cigarettes in the home or on the property. No vaping, no pot smoking.
No drugs
No BS and no drama
No couples or, anyone in the home
No pets or any kind of animal - I am highly allergic

If you are interested in renting the room, we will follow Craigslist's and law enforcement warnings to not allow strangers in the home. First go to a public place to meet and ask each other questions and if we both decide it would be a good fit to have you rent the bedroom , we will then go see the place.
