Private bedroom with private bathroom

I have a private bedroom with private bathroom for rent, for one (1) person only.

The first thing we do is a brief meeting at a public place near the home to determine if it will be a good fit for both us, for you to rent a room, and, if yes, then we drive to the home for you to view the bedroom and bathroom.

I do this public meetup, per, Spare Room's recommendation for everyone's safety.

Type of Renter Sought:

* No cooking coffee in the home. There is a table and outlet on patio to cook if you want. Also, no smelly foods.

* Treat my home with respect.

* Has strong Integrity.

* Polite, courteous, and good manners.

* No pets, or any animals. No drugs / smoking/vaping/ excessive alcohol, anywhere in home, nor, on property.

Move In Requirements

* First month's rent of $800, plus the deposit .

* Room Rental Cost: $800 per month plus 50% of electric bill. I am an energy miser so the bill is low with just me here. All other utilities are included in the rent. (high-speed wifi, gas, water, sewer, garbage-pickup, and security patrol.)

* Deposit: $600 deposit.

* Total upfront cost to be paid prior to move-in.

* Recent pay stub.

About the Rental Room

- Room size is 12' x 11' with a 6' wide closet that has 6' wide shelf.

- The rental room is not next to any other bedrooms.
