Listing is for a SINGLE UNFURNISHED ROOM for ONE person in a 4bedroom/2.5 bath house. SHARED bathroom for $750 per month plus utilities. A half bath is on the main level. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Only one room is left to rent.

The house was built in 2013 and is approximately 2034 sq feet. Each bedroom is approximately 10.5' x 10.5' and comes with blinds. Each bedroom has its own keyed lock for privacy. There are brand new appliances throughout including an IN HOUSE WASHER & DRYER. Central air condition is available for use. There are ceiling fans in each room. Utilities are in addition to the monthly rent. Utilities are about $140 - $150 a month each.

There are "House Rules" that all roommates need to follow. Roommates share the living room, kitchen, front room and the backyard. The atmosphere is a professional but fun one with very little partying.

The lease of one year is for one room, single occupancy and a shared bathroom. All interested parties are encouraged to apply. Deposit is $750.

Utilities are shared amongst other roommates - gas, electricity, water, garbage, internet, etc.

No pets allowed.

Applications and Credit/Background Checks are required. No application fee. Applications are not required to view the room/house. $50 fee for Credit/Background Checks after an approved application.
