The current roommate got a promotion and is transferring to Georgia.

YOUR ROOM
Unfurnished master bedroom. The room is 12.5 ft x 16 ft, plus the walk-in closet and
bathroom for a total of 260 sq ft. Your bathroom includes a bathtub with bath and shower fixtures, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet.

APARTMENT
As a 1050 sq. ft., 3-bedroom apartment, we have a larger kitchen and living room than many apartments. We're on the second floor, which means fewer bugs, no flood risk, no stomping overhead. A short staircase (the only access) is covered from the rain. We have a patio. We have a large pantry closet, fridge/freezer,
electric oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, etc. There is one covered, assigned carport parking spot we share, and other, unassigned parking spots behind the gate. The neighbors are quiet.

COMPLEX AMENITIES
The apartment complex is gated, has a pool and sundeck with loungers, gas barbeques, gas fire pits, patio tables, three laundry rooms (pay by credit/debit), a newly refurbished exercise room, men’s and women’s saunas, and lots of lush trees and roses. Valet Waste picks up trash outside our door.

WHERE
The complex is RiverGlen by the River, located off Howe Ave at the end of
Spanos Ct, north of Fair Oaks Blvd in Arden-Arcade. It's a nice area within 2 blocks of a grocery store, drug store, and other shopping and dining. The bike trail is right at our doorstep! It runs from Folsom to Old Town Sacramento, and has a network of walking/mountain bike trails, in addition to two paved mixed-use paths.

TRANSIT
It's a 15-min bike ride to CSUS, 25 min to midtown. Two city buses come to the end of our block and also go to a light rail station, about 10 min away. The CSUS shuttle comes to the end of the block, too. We are less than 10 min each from Business 80 and Hwy 50.

US
Graham is 29, edits videos onlines and does pet-sitting outside the home. I am 41, and work at the public library. We're very nice 👍😁
