We’re two professional women & non-smokers in our late 30’s looking for 1 more housemate in a quiet 3BR/1.5BA townhouse located in La Riviera, near Watt Ave and Highway 50, close to an American River entrance & California State University, Sacramento (CSUS).

The grounds are beautiful and a nice peaceful place to walk. Downstairs, there is a large TV in the living room/common area hooked up to streaming services, a dining area, kitchen, laundry closet, and small bathroom. The bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. You would have your private bedroom, plus approx 768 sq ft of shared living space. We’re currently watching a small cute dog and a well trained cat for the next two months - so no more pets, please. There is free street parking nearby, and a covered parking space available for an additional fee.

Room is $850 plus 1/3 utilities (SMUD, PG&E, water, Internet) per month. 13’ x 9’ or 135 sq ft approximately. Closet is 9’ across, 2’ deep. $1100 Deposit.

Our ideal roommate is also a woman. We would all share the kitchen and pantry, bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room and dining room.
