I am looking for someone to share 2 rooms in my house for 900/room/month, Or i can rent the whole house (3 beds/2baths) for $2800/month.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Crocker village and Sacramento city college area (SCC) (less than 4 minutes), midtown Sacto and medical centers, and freeways access. Each Room’s size is 10’x13’, great for students.

The house is very clean, gated, with highspeed fiber internet access. You will share the bathroom so we need someone who is clean, be responsible, down to earth, fun and take a good care of the house. Sorry but no pets/no smoking/no drugs/vaping.

Utilities: Included (Water, Electricity, Gas, Trash, High-speed Wi-Fi) if you rent rooms only.
Security Deposit: a security deposit will required before move-in
Parking: plenty of space, street or gated driveway.

About the owner. A retired military personnel who has high moral characters and embodies integrity with high standard core values, trustworthiness, maturity, and dedication to the greater good. I occupy my master bedroom in the house.
