Comfortable Room in upscale neighborhood

Nice room, private bath, laundry handy. Private walk out to pool and nice back yard patio, parking on RV pad, kitchen amenities. Folsom noted for walk/bike trails. Resident cat and possible dog may join us. No others allowed. Generally no overnight guests. Widow not looking for companionship but I like to have another body in the house. Previously I have hosted several exchange students and travelling nurses that have resulted in great friendships. Game room has slot machine and pin ball machine (free to use). Reading room also separate from family room. Many bilingual neighbors, French, Russian, Armenian, Chinese, Romanian, Spanish and one from India. The rental rooom is at opposite side of house of my private rooom. Plenty of room for privacy and quietness if that is of concern. I am pretty much absent from house July thru October each year.
