Furnished bedroom with with private bath right next to the room. Month to month. Prefer a FEMALE and someone who is friendly and communicates well. No pets or children and for only one person. YOU MUST HAVE A JOB OUTSIDE THE HOME. I work from home. Close to several hospitals. I welcome traveling nurses. Very safe and convenient area. You can walk into the historic district or drive there in 2 min. There are lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Nicely decorated, peaceful, tranquil home with front porch and patio. The American River Bike trail which runs along Lake Natomas and is at the end of the street (two bikes available to use). Room is furnished. There is plenty of street parking . Quaint, quiet neighborhood with small park a block away. Quick and easy access to the freeway and light rail . I am a professional working out of the house 3 days, mid-week 12-5.
