Have a room for rent in our beautiful home in Fair Oaks. Available July 1st. Rent is $850 plus deposit $500. Preferably a female over 45 with a job. No couples. We are 2 related females who are easy going, enjoying life, down to earth, very dependent, have absolutely no drama, easy to get along with and responsible. No smoking cigarettes and no pets. We did have 2 dogs but recently lost 😢 1 to cancer. The house is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom and is near shopping, gym, restaurants, gas station, and a cool little bar. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of street parking. The room is average size and not furnished has a walk in closet. The bathroom is shared with me. We have AC, wifi, and a washer and dryer. Also an above ground pool. All we want is someone like ourselves who will pay rent and bills on time (no excuses) bills will be split 3 ways. If you are interested please reach out to me.
