Hi, we are 2 females over 50 who are professionaI. We are looking for 1 female roommate, preferably over 50 years of age. And had a job. The room is about average in size. We have 1 dog thats friendy. We are clean, down to earth, quiet most of the time and we absolutely have no time for drama. We want the new roommate to be the same. All we ask is you pay your rent and bills when they are due, no excuses and clean up after yourself. Need to have a job. All utilities will be split 3 ways. You will have access to the whole house. Parking is always available. Bathroom is shared with myself. No couples and no pets. The room is available july 1st. We are near restaurants, shopping center, gas station, a gym, and a little bar.
