This home is a very positive living situation for single professionals, students. People love these accommodations, set up for independent living. The queen bed furnished room has wall to wall carpeting, new room darkenting blind, curtains. Extra cupboards in large closet. The large private full bathroom, is shared with homeowner, always available, nearly private. Upstairs has easy access, stairs at front door.
The fully equipped kitchen you will find easily available to suit your schedule. I keep the kitchen in good order. My 29 year old son also lives here. I rarely see him, except late evenings when he cooks his dinner.
All of your utilities and WIFI are covered in the rent. The exceptional parking here is safe, off-road parking, multiple parking spaces.
Mortgage paying homeowners, and experienced landlords, keeping the home set and organized for independent tenants.
This convenient location is close to CSUS, and ARC, only 14 miles to Folsom and Roseville, and 20 miles to Sacramento.
