The fully equipped kitchen you will find easily available. The kitchen is supplied with soaps and bags, ample refrigerator/freezer space in separate frig from homeowner. Please fill the dishwasher, I run it as soon as it is filled. My 28 year son, also lives here, he works out of the house long hours, never see him.
All of your utilities; High Speed Internet, 550 Mbps plus, HVAC, are covered in the rent. And the parking here is safe, off-road parking, great parking spaces.
I am a mortgage paying homeowner, and experienced landlord. Those who come here, have their privacy and usually stay a longer time. Looking for tenants whose social life in the home is quiet. Preferring those whose employment is not fulltime remote, Hybrid OK.
