Friendly large dog and lazy cat.

Owner is seeking tenant that is respectful and responsible. Cleanliness is a must! must clean up after themselves in kitchen , and participate in cleaning of shared spaces.

There is option of furnished or no furnished. Ad photo is not current, so tenant would need to supply own bed. Owner can supply desk and chairs and a lamp.

Prefer quiet tenant with no loud music or blasting t. v, and respect of quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. Guests allowed, however no parties.

Application process is: phone interview in person appointment, and for serious applicants a background check with a screening fee of $35 is required. Must have references from former or current rental. Income must be verifiable

About me:
I am a friendly, but quiet person, and prefers minimal conversation, but does not mind a good chat or a shared meal on occasion.
I have some sensitivity to strong smells and scented cleaning and body products, so must ask that dish laundry and body soap be scentless.
Much of my time is spent in the yard during pleasant weather months, as i like to garden. I love to read and listen to c. d's while cooking or cleaning.
I aspire to a healthy lifestyle, a non judgemental and open minded attitude, and a desire to learn new things, as well as a respect for all cultures and differences. I do not tolerate hate and racism.
