🏠 ABOUT THE HOME

The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

I live in one bedroom, and there is one long-term female housemate who has been living here for almost two years.

The household is mature, peaceful, respectful, clean, and drama-free.

I’m an Electrical Engineer and work from home much of the time. I occasionally have meetings during the day, so I’m looking for someone who also appreciates a calm, clean, professional living environment.

This is not a party house. We like to keep the home peaceful and comfortable for everyone.

🍳 FULL KITCHEN ACCESS

You are welcome to use the kitchen normally and cook as needed.

The kitchen includes:

• Stove / cooktop
• Oven
• Microwave
• Refrigerator space

In addition to your personal mini fridge inside the room, you will also have refrigerator space available in the main kitchen.

There is no strict kitchen schedule. You can use the kitchen normally whenever it is available. We simply coordinate naturally and respect each other if someone is already cooking or using the kitchen.

🧺 IN-HOME LAUNDRY

Washer and dryer are available inside the home for normal use.

🌳 BACKYARD

The backyard is small and is occasionally used as a working/project area for my engineering and solar projects, so you may sometimes see tools, equipment, solar panels, or project materials outside.

When the backyard is not being used for a project, you are welcome to use and enjoy it as well.
