I’m looking for a friendly roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Vasari Luxury Apartment Homes! Your rent would be $1,100 plus bills, and mine is about $1,207 (plus bills) since I have the primary bedroom and a reserved parking spot. You can reserve a parking spot for $75/month or find an open one—they have plenty available! The total estimated bills will be between $200-$250 per month, and we will each pay half of that. Move-in is flexible between August 21st and September 17th at the latest (move-in date could be sooner if needed). The apartment is mostly furnished, except for your room, and the kitchen is fully stocked for you to use—just keep it tidy, please!

I want to share a bit about my living style and what I’m looking for in a roommate to create a friendly and comfortable home together. Growing up, we always kept a clean environment, and we didn’t wear shoes in the house – I’d love to continue that tradition in our home. I’m all about cleanliness, and I hope you’re as well! Also, I didn't have pets in my household, so I prefer a pet-free environment. It’s important to me that our home feels safe and welcoming. We can take turns with chores to keep things balanced, which I think will work well!

A little about my schedule: I’ll be working as an intern training to be a clinical psychologist, Monday through Friday, from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m., and I won’t be working virtually. Because of this, I tend to go to bed early from Sunday to Thursday, so I’d really appreciate it if we could keep the noise down after 10 p. m. during those nights. I will respect your sleep schedule as well. Respecting each other’s space and personal belongings is super important to me too! I’ve attached pictures of your room, your bathroom, and the apartment for you to check out. I can also send a video of the apartment, and you can take a virtual tour online. I will be the only other individual you would be living with.
