This is a five bedroom two full bath independent living home. It is very spacious. Smoking is allowed only in designated area which is patio backyard. I supplied three meals a day, including water with each meal. There is no cooking by tenants other than Michael items. There is a washer and dryer on the premises which I supply The soap. I also give out one set of sheets, one toothbrush, one toothbrush, two bars of soap, which are given weekly there is free Wi-Fi free cable day room shuts down nightly at 12 AM. Reopens at 5 AM. There is no visiting of any sort. Visitors may pick up tenants in front of the home. There is to be no One other than the tenants allowed in home. This resident is in a very quiet area in Sacramento. there is no offstreet. Parking cameras are in Effect “ this is for men only if you are looking for where to live why not come and live here I’m sure you’ll love it
