Welcome to your worry-free living experience! We have a private master bedroom available in our nicely maintained, professionally managed house with a spacious outdoor area, located in Elk Grove. The house features fully furnished common areas, in-house laundry, and a professional cleaning crew that visits regularly.

The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, offering approximately 400 sq ft of living space. It comes with its own super spacious private bathroom and a walk-in closet as well as a second closet and its own dressing room, providing ample storage for your belongings. The bathroom is beautiful and offers a touch of luxury to enhance your daily routine. There are 4 bedrooms in total in the house. All roommates are quiet and respectful.

The house offers additional exceptional features such as a very large family room as well as a living room and dining area providing a quiet and peaceful living environment. With 2300 sq ft of space spread over two stories, the house is quite large. It includes two living areas, allowing for ample common space to hang out together or retreat for privacy. The backyard is also spacious and ideal for entertainment.

The central location of the house makes it convenient to reach Downtown, Sacramento City College, and Consumnes River College, all within a 15 minute drive.
