I have to leave CA for work after the holidays. The rental agreement goes until end of May. Need someone to take over. I’d be willing to leave some furniture behind if you want some furnishings. Rent is 1658 starting at the 1st of the month, but the unit is right near DOCO. It has an Olympic sized pool open year round, a gym, and a rec room. The light rail is right outside the apartment complex. You’re welcome to come see the unit beforehand. When leasing office runs credit score you will have to provide 500 security deposit.
