I am moving out my place soon and looking for someone to take over my name on the lease in a 3 bedroom, 2-bath apartment in downtown Sacramento. The unit is located near transit stops (light rail and bus), within walking distance to Golden 1 Center and the Capitol. Amenities include access to an in-building washer and dryer room, a pool, a gym, a community room, a dishwasher, a large living room, and central air conditioning. The apartment would be shared with two male roommate. The rent portion is $898 plus utilities & internet for each tenant which usually comes out to around $960 give or take. There is also a deposit of $200. I’m looking for someone that would be able to move in at the beginning of September and ideally someone looking to stay here for a year.
