Compact room for rent, for a single male.

I leave in this apartment too, im working 5 days a week usually from 2-11pm, so we would not even see each other a lot, we still need to share bathroom and kitchen, kitchen is in the living room which would be where i live, im ok with my roommate hanging in the kitchen as much as he needs, utilities is a subject for discussion. There is a parking spot allowed to take if you have a car, but that will cost 100$ per month, you will pay that not to me but the owner of the apartment. I am paying 1600$ for the apt now, so im looking to save money and it will be a deal for both of us i think. If you have any questions im available 24/7.
