Current residents are one medical worker/CSUS grad student, one high school student, and one 12 lb dachshund/chihuahua mix. We’re looking for someone who would like to share the house with us. We generally keep the house relatively quiet most weeknights due to school and work in the morning. We are very open to, and occasionally have, mellow gatherings such as game nights, study sessions, movie nights, or backyard BBQs. The general vibes are queer, nerdy, anti-racist/zionist, and school-focused.

Our landlord requires proof of income, no prior evictions, and reference from at least one prior landlord.

Open to a couple, with slight rent increase and proportionate share of utilities.
