I am looking for a respectful considerate individual to rent out one of the rooms on the second floor of my house.
- MUST be pet friendly (we have dogs that live indoors)
- no other pets are allowed (due to our dogs)
- washer and dryer are in the garage
- empty cupboard for dry foods in the kitchen
- we can store food and groceries in our fridge (or we can get a garage fridge) (must keep both/either clean)
- refrigerator in the bedroom is highly recommended but not necessary
- family does visit my home from time to time
- no ridiculously loud noises by 10 PM (as a courtesy)(the dogs may bark if anyone comes home late)
- The second floor has a shared bathroom. The kitchen, pool, the living room, the dining room, the backyard, and the front yard are also shared areas.
