Two bedroom single bath downstairs unit

I have lived here for 3 years. It’s a two bedroom and one bathroom 4 unit multiplex building. There is street parking and also and driveway. There is an attached laundry room that does charge. Also plenty nearby laundromats, grocery stores, markets and food shops. Quiet neighborhood with a prevalent police presence. So can be relatively safe. Monthly rent fee does include utilities for wifi, electricity, gas and water. Looking for someone that also works full time. The hours don’t bother me. I’m not a light sleeper and tend to keep odd hours sometimes myself. I am very respectful of shared spaces so I don’t mind an occasional guest or two. I tend to cook almost daily and like to keep the sink empty because it’s pretty small and piles up quickly. I have a 12 year old lab/pit mix that does sit on the furniture (sorry in advance) but she’s very kind, friendly and quiet. I can only rent to one other adult per my renters agreement. I am only a roommate here, I don’t make the rules just follow them. Only two adults. No other pets, no couples, no children.
