Rent is $900 including utilities, so you don’t have to worry about any extra costs. Cats and small dogs can be vetted and considered at a one time fee ($200). A very high speed internet is available.

Any kind of smoking is not allowed on the property.

This is a brand new additional house attached to the main house by a breezeway. The main house is also rented out by 4 roomies.. house will be ready in April. Be the first to housewarm your beautiful room. We’re accepting visitation. House is on a big lot, parking will be assigned.
