Room for rent in quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood

I have a semi furnished room with a queen bed and nightstand, full large closet with your own private full bathroom includes a tub and is directly across the hall from your room, driveway parking or directly in front of the house. Laundry is indoors, access to kitchen, living room and 2 lovely furnished patios with large grassy lot, I prefer someone who works out of the home or is a student in need of a nice quiet place to study. I'm not a big party girl but enjoy a glass of wine. I've lived here 10 years and looking for a solid roommate who is respectful and clean. I like conversation but also enjoy my down time .Not a great photographer but the space is lovely.
