Single mom of two girls looking for a female roommate to share a two bedroom two bath duplex. My potential roommate will have to qualify with my rental company. Pay $50.00 application fee plus a $150.00 add on occupant fee. The place is 1200 square feet furnished living room , kitchen, garage, front and back yard. The room comes with private bathroom. My ideal roommate is a kind woman who doesn’t mind being around 4,5 year old girls. A woman that is honest, hardworking, clean and responsible and respectful. I’m very structured and routine with my girls. I hope to find a friend and someone who would be a good influence on my household. I don’t want any drugs or a person that heavily drinks. I go to church regularly on Sunday so someone who loves God would be great. I hope to find someone who wants something stable and will go through the process of getting approval from my rental company. We have a small cat named Gizmo also.
