Private room/private bathroom

I don’t own and am not subleasing.

Hey everyone. So I’m looking for a person/couple to rent out a second room/private bathroom in the 2bd/2ba apartment we live in. Along with the room/bath there’s a fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, a patio, and a living room with a fireplace.

The complex is gated with a pool, jacuzzi, bbq pit, gym, and a parking space. We are a ten minute walk from raleys, Safeway, cvs, Starbucks and a 5 minute drive to sac state.

We are nicotine/friendly and just ask that you smoke outside. I’m a full time student trying to get disability and my wife works from home. We have a 2 year old Pomski. Open possibly to another dog but cannot have cats due to allergies.

The rent is 2333 and we are asking for 1000 plus 1/3 utilities and 1/2 wifi if you want to use the wifi already connected.

The management company is FPI Management. They do have an application and application fee. They work with bad credit as long as you don’t have an eviction or utilities collection.
