The home offers a great amount of privacy. My primary bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, along with the kitchen, living room, laundry, and guest half bath. The available bedroom is upstairs, where you’ll have your own private bathroom. I rarely have any reason to go upstairs, so you’ll have your own private space.

The bedroom is unfurnished, so you can make it your own.

There is also a second upstairs bedroom that can be rented for an additional fee if you’d like extra space for a home office, workout room, or storage.

Parking:
The garage isn’t available for parking since it’s used for my dogs, but street parking is plentiful and convenient.
