Welcome to our beautiful, brand-new home in a quiet, gated Murrieta community. I’m one of the co-owners and manage the rental, while my sister, the other co-owner, is the only person currently living in the home.

We’re looking for more than someone to simply rent a room—we’d love to find a compatible roommate who enjoys a comfortable, clean, peaceful home and is respectful and easy to live with.

The private bedroom is fully furnished, with a bathroom shared with only one other person if both rooms are occupied. The home has a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a welcoming space to relax and enjoy.

**Rent is $1,500/month, plus a share of the monthly water bill.** Other utilities are included.

My sister is a nurse who works from home. She is family-oriented, clean, quiet, and friendly. She enjoys having a roommate around while also respecting privacy and independence. She loves live music, animals, dogs, and spending time outdoors and in nature. She also has a friendly mutt who is part of the family.

Because she works from home, we’re ideally looking for someone who works outside the home and appreciates a quiet, respectful environment during the day.

Most importantly, we’re hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, responsible, and easygoing. There’s no expectation to socialize all the time—we’re simply looking for a good roommate match where everyone can feel comfortable, have their own space, and enjoy a friendly home environment.
