Private entrance room for rent

Enjoy the luxury of a private entrance with your private bathroom and a cozy mini patio just outside your door, creating a serene atmosphere. Access to a washer/dryer is available once a week, with a pre-selected day for your ease of planning.

The room includes a coffee maker, microwave, comfortable bed, spacious closet, and a handy mini-fridge.

Please note there is no access to the main house. The room is for one person only, NO exceptions: No couples, no minors, no overnight guests, NO PETS.

Our flexible month-to-month terms provide convenience. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. You will still need to provide 30 days' notice and pay for the last month after your notice is given. You MUST give notice by the last day of the month preceding your last paid month, giving the landlord a full month of notice.

To streamline the application process, there is an application fee payable by the applicant through a secure third-party application site.

We will follow up with you after receiving a request from you, and set up a meeting to see if we are a good fit for each other. If so, you will then fill out an online application, pay the fee, and your credit and background checks will be run.
