Home owner with a 3 bedroom 2/12 bath, two-story townhome looking for someone to rent a room.

Home is practically brand new(2 years old) in a new community. You will have your own private, full bathroom, closet space, hi speed wifi, access to upstairs laundry, garage, kitchen, large front patio, and community facilities including new pool, bbq's, walkways, and kids tot lot. House is near main highways and roads with hospitals, food, shopping, etc....close by.

Pets are unfortunately limited to small cats or other clean animals as I don't have a yard. Couples are possible, no smoking cigarettes.

A little about me, 46, artist/fashion designer who works a hybrid schedule and splits time between Orange County and Wildomar each week. I have a tuxedo cat named Maybe and we're both pretty chill. Looking for someone who's halfway respectful, clean and pays their bills on time.
