Looking for safe, stable, supportive housing? We offer a family-style Independent Living Housing Program with room and board, structure, community, and peace.

TEMPORARY HOUSING SUPPORT (1–6 MONTHS, ONE-TIME ONLY)

If you have:
- IEHP, Molina, or Kaiser
- Low income (SSI/SSDI/limited income)
- A recent medical condition
- Take regular medication
- A recent ER or hospital visit (1–6 months)

You MAY qualify for a one-time temporary housing support benefit through your health plan:
- Covers 1–6 months of housing
- Short-term only (not long-term or permanent)
- Not guaranteed; eligibility depends on your health plan
- Free confidential screening available

WHAT'S INCLUDED (ROOM AND BOARD)
- 3 meals a day (Meal plan additional $200 per month)
- All utilities included
- High-speed WiFi
- Furnished bedrooms and living spaces
- TVs in rooms with Netflix/cable access
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishware and cookware
- Extra refrigerator space
- On-site washer and dryer
- Toiletries and cleaning supplies provided
- Weekly common-area cleaning
- Routine pest control
- Adult-size beds (no bunk beds)
- Safe, quiet neighborhoods near stores and transit
- Off-street parking
- On-site storage
- On-site house manager for support
- We celebrate birthdays, holidays, and milestones
- Family-style environment built on peace, love, and respect

RATES
- Shared Room: $850/month
- Private Room: $1,600/month
- Temporary housing support may help cover costs for 1–6 months if eligible
