We’re a married couple and working professionals with busy schedules. We’re friendly, easygoing, and respectful of everyone’s space and privacy.

We enjoy having a clean, comfortable, peaceful home and are hoping to find someone with a similar vibe. We’re definitely not a party house, but we’re also not looking for the house to feel awkward or overly strict — we just want everyone to be comfortable and respectful of each other.

🐶 We do have three dogs, so you’ll definitely need to be comfortable around dogs. They’re part of the household, but we’re not able to accommodate any additional pets.

To make sure it’s a good fit for everyone:

* 🐾 No additional pets
* 🌙 No overnight guests
* 👋 Occasional guests are okay with prior approval
* 🧹 Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces
* 🍳 Kitchen cooking should generally be wrapped up around 6 PM
* 🔇 No excessive noise or parties
* 🍷 Responsible alcohol use
* 📦 Personal belongings should stay in your private space rather than common areas
