The bathroom is located just outside the room and is for YOU only. No other person will use it.

Utilities included: Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, and trash.

Shared common areas include the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and backyard.

Employed person or full-time student preferred. No couples. No pets. No drugs or heavy drinking. No smoking or vaping in the house. Guests are welcome, but no parties.

Parking: Street parking available just outside the house.

We have three cats in the house.

Located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with access to pools, gyms, tennis and basketball courts, and golf courses.

The owners live in the house in the upstairs master bedroom.

12-month lease. Rent is $1000 per month. Security deposit is $1000.
