Nice bedroom available in Temecula. Walking distance from the promenade mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. The room for rent is in a 3 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom with my other female roommate. Looking for no drama, rent paid on time (the 1st) no pets no smoking, no drama, kitchen access okay living room access okay. The apartment community comes with a gym, jacuzzi, pool, pool table, bbqs. I just value my peace I dont want parties, overnight guests or loud noises. LGBTQ friendly. The apartment available also comes with a garage, the parking isn't great here so you can park your car in the garage or do whatever you want with it!
