Single 10'x10' private Room For rent in Temecula

Hello,
My name is Tim. Im a 32 year old active Army veteran who holds the lease on a beautiful 5 bedroom home in Temecula CA. I have expressed permission from the homeowner to rent out a room in my home and take full responsibility of the agreements with all tenants.
This home has plenty of space for you, me, and one other tenant. He is a hard working blue collar male who keeps to himself and spends most of his free time with his girlfriend down in San Diego. I work part time and am home more often balancing school, a growing music presence in town, and occasional construction projects.

Kitchen
shared bathroom
living room
dinning area
back yard
front yard
laundry room.
There is minimal storage space due to my tools in garage
but there will be clean storage options in the spare room next to yours. Things like bicycles can be kept on the back patio for easy access. The pool is not heated but you will have access to the jacuzzi with a small fee $10 per use as it is costly to operate. Friends are welcome, just give me a headsup and overnight guests need to be kept to a minimum.. once a week max seems reasonable, but if there is a friend or family member visiting and may need some more time let me know. This is not a party house but I understand a social life is a very healthy thing, just please communicate. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is safe. I have a good relationship with my neighbors so please no stumbling in drunk at 2am...
The neighborhood is walking distance to Old Town Temecula, and shopping centers, and the public library for students. it is a very active area. Wine country is also just a few miles away. I can get everywhere I need on my bike as well if you have one.
Im advertising 3-6 months however if everything goes well , we can extend if you'd like to stay but short term is available.
