Large furnished room with private bathroom and walk in closet available in our 5-bedroom home. We have a pool in the backyard and a private gym that can be used as well. Kitchen is to share.
We are a family of 4. We have two kids: one 6-year old boy and one 10-year old daughter, who go to elementary school most of the day. Parents are professionals that work from home, each in their respective offices.
Five minutes away from the Pechanga Resort and Casino, shopping, pharmacy. Female preferred. Utilities included. One month deposit and first month rent required to move in. Will need to verify ID, and last 3 paystubs or proof of income. This is a smoke free home. No drinking and no overnight guests.
We are looking for a college student, car independent, responsible and respectful of other family members’ schedules.
