ABOUT THE HOUSE:
11x14 large private room with lots of light and 5x5 walk in closet.
Available room is located off of its own short hallway and does not share walls with any other bedrooms. Bathroom features a two sink vanity so you would have your own cabinets and sink.

Common areas are shared. Dedicated cabinets in the kitchen for your essentials. Laundry room access upstairs next to your room. The backyard is very private and relaxing. The house is the back house on a two house driveway (flag lot not a guesthouse) so there are no other houses looking in on the yard or in the windows. It’s a quiet yard with pine trees and palms and big maple tree that offers shade.

There is a family room, a formal living room, and an upstairs loft.
If you are a KIND + NO DRAMA single (1 occupant) person, male or female, and have a stable job or verified income I’d love to hear from you. I am looking to rent in November of 26’ and I am available to show the room daily. To secure the room you will pay 1st month’s rent + security deposit.
