All female room-mates, We provide meals, no restrictions on coming or going anytime, we do NOT allow pets, eating pork inside, visitors, or smoking, no alcohol, must be presentable and quite, we are a family home stay Place is Owner Occupied very upscale living, safe and clean. We do NOT party, you will be renting the room not the entire house meaning you will rent and use ONLY your room, you may use laundry and detergent as we provide all that, also you may cook, but we cook for you anything you are interested in, it is all included, the lease is only month to month, The location is in the beautiful sycamore highland area about 9 minutes drive to UCR, we are very close to a bus line which will take you for free if you are a student. Wi-Fi included, utilities included. . You will also have your OWN parking spot on the driveway included.
