💡 INCLUDED WITH RENT

All utilities are included, including electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, Hulu, air conditioning, and heating.

The home includes a shared bathroom with bathtub/shower, access to an onsite washer and dryer when available, and access to the kitchen for light personal cooking. No cooking after 9:30 PM.

Parking is available in the driveway when designated or on the street.

📋 REQUIREMENTS & HOUSE RULES

Applicants must be responsible, clean, respectful, and able to provide proof of income. Rent must be paid on time.

No overnight guests. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs inside the home. Tenants must respect the privacy, peace, and personal property of everyone living in the house.

The backyard is off-limits because a security dog protects that area of the property.

There is zero tolerance for theft, fighting, violence, threats, or illegal activity. Violations may result in termination of the tenancy in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable California law.

Retirees, veterans, and working individuals are welcome to apply.

This is a month-to-month tenancy. Any notice to terminate the tenancy will be handled according to the written rental agreement and applicable California law.
