I occasionally stay at the house but I'm between San Diego and this house. My daughter and her daughters (yo & yo)occasionally stay there too but maybe moving back on a full time basis. We have the upstairs rooms.

Looking for single female tenant. Single occupancy but would consider a single mom with daughter around my granddaughter's ages for playmates.
