The home is 8 miles from UCR, 10 minutes from downtown Riverside, and a quick drive to Ontario Airport. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and surrounded by miles of wilderness trails, great for anyone who enjoys nature, views, or evening walks.

The house is a spacious 3,200 sq ft home with hardwood floors, an upgraded kitchen, fast WiFi, two shared living rooms, and a gorgeous backyard with mountain views. You’ll have full access to all shared spaces, and the room can remain furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

You’d be joining a coed household of four adults who work in biochemistry, neuroscience, therapy, and anthropology. It’s a friendly, thoughtful home that's a great fit for someone who appreciates a peaceful environment with people who are curious, kind, and engaged in their work and studies.

We share the home with two sweet dogs, so this space is ideal for someone who enjoys animals and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Friends and family are welcome to visit, and overnight guests are totally fine, we just keep communication open so the home stays comfortable for everyone.

To keep the household running smoothly, this room is set up for one person, and we’re not able to add additional pets due to the current household structure.
