Private room and private bathroom are located on opposite side of the single story house from my bedroom that includes use of a queen size bed, dresser, study desk, and closet space. Kitchen and living room are shared.

The House is located only 3 miles from RUHS and Kaiser Permanente, 4 miles from Moreno Valley College, and 7 miles from March AF base in a quiet neighborhood. Also, only about 10 miles to Loma Linda University, Redlands, and UCR.

I am looking for a house-mate who is responsible, clean, organized and, respectful.
No smoking in the house. Smoking permitted on back patio.
Good credit. No couples.

Free Street parking and laundry machines available.
Water, gas and electric utilities are separate from rent.

Please, no night shift workers that need the house to be quiet during the day as I am sharing the house with you and will be here most days.

The house has a security system that includes cameras.
