We are 2 work at home professionals who are very private. We are looking for a tenant who can keep their living spaces and the common areas very clean and very quiet with a Christian based atmosphere.

2nd level bedrooms with shared bath, dual vanity, approximately 130 sq ft. ea. Unfurnished for one occupant. Furnishing optional for an additional one time fee.
No subleasing. Limited kitchen use, WiFi, washer and dryer room, no pets, dining room, swimming pool jacuzzi , backyard bbq and patio, living room, private patio privileges. Month to month rental. No pets, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no candle/incense burning allowed. No overnight guests for the 2 smaller rooms. Plenty of street parking available. Shared Pool/jacuzzi access. Owner occupied with very friendly family pets =>several family dogs and one cat.
